Operator of 20 family-oriented restaurants located in the major metropolitan areas of Houston, New Orleans and Denver. In November 1998, CHPIII partnered with existing management to purchase Luther's, based in Houston, Texas, from a group of private investors. The company's concept is to offer high quality, moderately priced barbecue style food in a "rustic" environment. The company was founded in 1975 and its management team has been in place for more than 15 years.
