A leading producer of crystallized polyethylene terephthalate (CPET) containers and the largest supplier of CPET packaging to the frozen food industry throughout the world. Founded in 1993, the Company supplies containers to several major manufacturers in the frozen food industry. CHPIII acquired Associated Packaging in December 2000. A group of senior executives retained a significant equity stake in the company.
