Justin B. Wender is president of Castle Harlan. Prior to joining Castle Harlan in 1993, Mr. Wender worked in the Corporate Finance Group of Merrill Lynch & Co., where he assisted clients with a variety of corporate finance matters. He is a board member of Morton's Restaurant Group, Ames True Temper, Caribbean Restaurants, LLC and Baker & Taylor Acquisitions Corp. In addition, he currently serves as a trustee of Carleton College, and is the chair of the International Center for the Disabled, an organization devoted to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of the disabled. Mr. Wender is a Cum Laude graduate of Carleton College with a B.A. in Political Science and has his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
