Heather L. Faust is a senior associate of Castle Harlan. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, Ms. Faust was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company where she advised clients in a variety of industries on strategic business decisions and operational improvements. Ms. Faust graduated cum laude from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
